Countless days and many gallons of gas can be wasted driving aimlessly from one sign twirller to another---just to find out after the papers have been signed that you missed just the floor plan you wanted from a builder you didn't find in your shopping!

We work with all area builders We can sit down and go over neighborhoods, floor plans, and the pluses and minuses of the individual areas, including the difference in taxes and schools and current prices (not the prices on the outdated signs around town). After you find builders that might you, we see ALL of the homes and from that point on work with you as your advocate in the building process!!

We have to be with you when you first see the homes in order to work with you. We have to be able to sign you in to set the process in motion.
