Temecula Valley is made up of several distinct areas. They all have many things in common - such as good schools, low crime rate, no smog, wonderful golf courses, and friendly people. Check out our monthly calendar of events in the area.

Temecula is the southern part of our area. It is one of the few upscaled communities in Southern California that is still affordable. Most of the homes are no older that 1988 and many new in the last few years. Beautiful massive custom homes with panoramic hill top views, acreage with horses and sprawling homes, and gorgeous tract homes filled with growing families. Everything from condos, starter homes, and homes sized for extra large families. There is a new shopping mall with Robinson-May, Macys, Penney's, Sears, Abercrombie & Fitch and a myriad of other shops. We have a great Barnes and Noble and many good restaurants and entertainment. We are known for our wineries. People come from miles around to go to Pechanga Hotel and Casino. Everything for your convenience! Temecula is popular with commuters from San Diego.

Murrieta, like Temecula has many breathtaking homes. La Cresta is filled with large beautiful custom homes that could rival Beverly Hills without the massive price tags. It is considered one of the premier horse area. Bear Creek is an exclusive gated community with wonderful large homes and condos that surrounds a Jack Nicholas designed golf course. There are acreage homes, custom homes and tract homes of all sizes. We can fit your need both of the size of your family and your budget! Murrieta is the home to Kohls, Lowes, Home Depot, Best Buy, and many other retail stores and restaurants.

Menifee/Sun City is the next growing area. It is up the 215 about seven minutes. It is home to San Jacinto Junior College. There are lots and lots of new tract homes and there also affordable starter homes. One of the premier area, Menifee Lakes, surrounds a beautiful man-made lake. The residents have a large pool with a sandy beach. The home owners have use of sail boats, paddle boats, and kayaks that they can take on the lake.
